I had a great experience ordering from CUCKOO. I purchased an inner pot along with a sealing ring, and before shipping, their team reached out to let me know that the sealing ring I selected might not match the inner pot.
That’s when I realized I had made a mistake with my order. Thanks to their attention to detail, they helped me correct it and sent the right parts instead. I really appreciate how responsible and proactive their staff are — they clearly care about getting things right for the customer.
The inner pot itself is also excellent quality — solid, well made, and works perfectly. You can definitely feel the quality.
